In order to protect our environment and resources, we have already implemented many of our plans and many more will be achieved in the near future.

• We are supplied with 100% green electricity.
• Heat recovery for cold stores and ventilation systems.
• Energy from nature: In our own heating plant, pellets are used as a renewable energy source and provide hot water and cosy warmth.
• We think globally and want to act locally.
• We avoid plastic packaging when shopping, and we also refrain from using plastic straws, stirrers, PET bottles, etc.
• B’n’Tree Project for every direct booking.
